Directions
We mix the dates and nuts in a powerful mixer. We mix the pitted dates into the finest possible mass. Add vanilla powder and coconut oil to the mixture, knead well. It takes a while and you need to push hard. We roll small balls out of the finished dough and let them solidify in the cold. Once they solidify, they hold their shape well even at room temperature.
We have the basic balls. And whoever wants, can even start playing.
Cocoa balls:
Like the previous recipe, just instead of vanilla powder we add cocoa powder.
Carob balls:
Like the previous recipe, we only replace vanilla powder with carob powder.
Poppy balls:
We wrap the finished cocoa or carob balls in poppy seeds.
Cinnamon balls:
Like the previous poppy balls, however, we wrap the finished balls in freshly ground cinnamon.
Balls wrapped in crushed cocoa beans
Like the previous recipe, just wrap the balls in crushed cocoa beans.
Marble balls:
Add crushed cashews to the basic recipe.
As you can see, you can play indefinitely. Coconut, cocoa beans, pieces of chocolate, dried fruit ... There are no limits to your culinary skills.
