We'll tell you how to prepare immune-booster-shots easily and strengthen your health.
Strengthen your immune system
The immune system of our body is involved in a multitude of processes. It prevents bacteria, viruses, and fungi from spreading in our body and causing damage. Due to its size, the immune system has not yet been fully researched and analyzed.
If the immune system is fully functional, however, infections and diseases can be fended off more quickly than if the 8immune system was weakened by external influences, for example. If an infection approaches, a "state of emergency" is proclaimed in the body and consequently the diseased cells fight back with all their strength. Under certain circumstances this can make us feel tired and powerless, as the body puts all its energy into fighting bacteria and viruses.
Stress, alcohol, medication, but also unhealthy nutrition can all be factors that influence our body and weaken it. If you avoid these negative influences or reduce them as far as possible, you will not only support your body but also increase your own well-being. Regular rest during which the body can regenerate and a diet rich in vitamins can be the first positive step towards better health.
Immune-booster-shots for even better defense
If you want to do your body even more good, you can easily make homemade immune-booster-shots. What sounds like a lot of work at first can be done in just a few minutes and with very few ingredients.
Small shots of turmeric and ginger can strengthen the immune system while lemon provides important vitamin C. This vitamin is needed to strengthen the body's defenses. Besides, it fights fatigue and contributes to the maintenance of our blood vessels. It is also responsible for the production of collagen and increases the absorption of iron. Incredible power!
With regards to turmeric, adding black pepper to it improves its absorption by the body. The substance curcumin, the active component found in turmeric can be better processed and absorbed by the body. Still today turmeric is considered as a kind of natural "antibiotic" and should thus help us prevent numerous diseases. A short side note: if the shot is too bitter for you, you can add a little orange juice.
The recipe for flu-fighting immune-booster-shots
For a real immune-booster-shot you need the following ingredients:
1 piece of ginger (about 60-70g)
4 turmeric roots (or alternatively turmeric powder)
a pinch of finely ground pepper
You can either add these ingredients to the juicer or use a blender.
Immune-booster made with a juicer:
The ingredients can all be added to your juicer, piece after piece. Just add the finely ground pepper after juicing and store the drink in the refrigerator where it can be kept for about 3-4 days.
Immune-booster made with a blender:
If you don't have a juicer at home, you can simply use a blender. To do this, the orange needs to be squeezed out in advance and is then poured into the mixer. If you want to save yourself this work, you can of course also add the whole peeled orange to the blender. Due to the flesh of the fruit, some water should be added here, otherwise, it will become too viscous.
Then cut the ginger and turmeric roots into fine slices. Add them to the blender and puree everything together. In the end, add the ground pepper and mix again briefly. The immune-booster-shots should be stored in the refrigerator. You can enjoy it for about 3-4 days during the day, whenever you feel like it.
